Step 2: Send a Quick Inquiry
Answer a few questions so we can confirm fit before you tour (move-in timeline + shared living basics).
Step 3: Book a Tour
Pick a time that works and come see the home in person.
Step 4: Apply (If It’s a Fit)
After the tour, we’ll send the application link and review your information.
Step 5: If Approved- Move-In
If approved, you’ll receive move-in steps and start-date info.
Step 6: Resident Portal Access
Access house standards, announcements, and maintenance requests.
One person per bedroom • No pets
