Yes. Each bedroom is rented to one adult resident only.
Are pets allowed?
This is a no-pet home. If you need an assistance animal because of a disability, please contact us to discuss a reasonable-accommodation request.

This home is leased room-by-room with shared common areas and is designed for single adult residents.
What’s included in the monthly rent?
Utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry access, and shared common areas (kitchen, bathroom(s), and living areas).
What are the lease terms?
Month-to-month.
Is there an application fee?
No application fee.
Do you run a credit check?
No credit check.
Is there a background check?
Yes — the background check is $15 when you submit your application.
What are the move-in costs?
If approved, there is a $250 non-refundable housing fee due as part of the move-in process.
How do I get started?

Can I book a tour before submitting an inquiry?
We ask everyone to submit the short inquiry first so we can confirm fit and reduce wasted tours.
How do maintenance requests work?
Residents submit maintenance requests through the resident portal so requests are tracked and handled quickly.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available.
Screening and tour notice: For the safety and privacy of current residents, all prospective residents must complete the required application and criminal background screening before receiving an in-person tour invitation. No credit check is performed.
Shared-living notice: This is an individual bedroom in a shared home. Residents share designated common areas, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included.
